Why Christine Soverow Coaching?

I built this practice because I know what it costs to be the one everyone else leans on.

For 30 years I worked inside education and the helping professions. I sat with students in crisis, guided families through impossible decisions, led counseling departments, and trained the next generation of helpers. I loved the work — and I also know firsthand how quietly depleting it can become.

What I didn't always have was someone in my corner. Someone who understood the specific pressures of this world — not as an outside observer, but as someone who had lived them.

That's the coach I set out to become.

What our work together looks like

This is not a template-driven process. Your path is created, not prescribed.

We start by slowing down — creating space for you to think clearly, often for the first time in a long time. From there, we work together to understand the patterns and pressures behind what's shifting, gently challenge what's no longer serving you, and build a concrete plan that fits your actual life.

The process moves at the pace of clarity — not pressure. Some insights arrive quickly. Others take time to surface. Both are welcome here.

What begins to shift

Clients often tell me they didn't realize how much noise they'd been living with until it started to quiet. As the work unfolds, most begin to:

  • Trust their own judgment again — not second-guess every decision

  • Move from overthinking into intentional, grounded action

  • Feel clearer about what they want — and what they're ready to let go of

  • Step into their next chapter with confidence instead of waiting for certainty

The people who support everyone else deserve someone in their corner too.

If you're ready to find out what's possible when someone finally shows up for you, I'd love to have that conversation.
