Workshops and Keynote’s Built for the Women in the Room
I know what it’s like to sit through programming and leave thinking, That didn’t really speak to me. I also know what’s it's like to be in a room where the topic resonates at a very deep level.
Whether I’m speaking at a conference, leading a session for your members, or partnering with your organization for an ongoing series, my goal is the same: Women should leave with something that stays with them — something that changes how they see themselves, make decisions, and show up.
Workshops and Keynote Topics for 2026/2027
Unmasking Self-Doubt
Why Capable Women Still Question Whether They're Good Enough
Because being a capable, accomplished woman doesn't mean you never second-guess yourself.
You can be experienced, successful, and the person everyone counts on — and still wonder if you're really as good as they think you are. You can know your stuff and still worry that someone is going to realize you don't belong in the room.
And here's the thing: capable women experience this all the time.
This workshop takes a closer look at why.
Drawing on research into imposter phenomenon and the experiences of high-achieving women, we'll look at the patterns that fuel self-doubt — and why being successful doesn't necessarily make those feelings disappear.
More importantly, we'll talk about what you can do when that voice shows up.
Best for: women's organization luncheons or conferences, professional associations, leadership retreats, or new-member onboarding
The Compass: Navigating This Season with Purpose
There are seasons in life when the path ahead feels clear. And then there are seasons when the life you built no longer feels quite like the life you want.
The Compass is an opportunity to pause long enough to ask some questions that are easy to push aside when life is moving full speed ahead:
What matters to me now?
What am I saying yes to out of habit?
What do I want more of in this season?
What am I ready to stop carrying?
Through reflection, conversation, and practical exercises, we'll explore the values, priorities, and choices that can serve as your compass — especially when the path ahead isn't completely clear.
You don't need to have all the answers. You just need a compass.
Best for: women's organization luncheons or conferences, professional associations, leadership retreats, or new-member onboarding
Now What? Finding Yourself on the Other Side of Retirement
For decades, your role gave you a title, a purpose, and a place to put your energy every day. Retirement removes all three at once — and the question underneath "now what?" is usually less about your calendar and more about your identity. This workshop gives women approaching or newly in retirement a framework for that space between who you were and who you're becoming, so the transition feels like an opening instead of a loss.
Best for: retirement planning seminars, women's organization luncheons, alumnae or professional-association farewell events
A thirty-minute conversation. No pitch, no obligation.
